Shutdown Override Signal Plug (止信号プラグ, Teishi Shingō Puragu?) is an item that appears in the Rebuild of Evangelion film series. It was created by WILLE that can shut down an Evangelion. It is attempted to be used in order to permanently disable Evangelion 13. It has a Entry-plug shape when deactivated and a cross shape when activated.

Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon A Time[]
Some time before the beginning of the Operation Yamato, Ritsuko Akagi informs Misato that this weapon is ready to be used against Evangelion 13. It is given to New Unit-02α, which carries it on his waist. When New Unit-02α approaches Evangelion 13, she activates it and tries to pierce the core of the Evangelion 13 but can't due to the activation of New Unit-02α's A.T. Field, repelling it with a powerful force. Asuka destroys New Unit-02α's A.T. Field by injecting the Evangelion with Angel's blood and releasing the seal inside her. Before it could reach the core of Evangelion 13, it awakens and destroys the weapon with its eyebeams, it also kills the new Ninth Angel and proceeds to continue the next part of the ritual.
