A being that was brought to the works by the Gatekeeper, its origin is unknown, it was given the codename Phantom by the Central Government. Anis theorizes that this gigantic being may be hybridized with Rapture technology. It looks like a fusion of the Evangelion 13 with Raptures, with extra or alternate parts like the knee protector being changed or additions like a tail.
