Neon Genesis Evangelion Sega Saturn Perfect Guide (新世紀エヴァンゲリオン セガサターン パーフェクトガイド?) is a guidebook for Neon Genesis Evangelion and Neon Genesis Evangelion: Second Impression by Game Walker Workshop published by Kadokawa Shoten on 31 August 1997.

The book is a guidebook for the Neon Genesis Evangelion and Neon Genesis Evangelion: Second Impression Sega Saturn video game. It includes a detailed summary of the stories and its different routes, the book contains a long interview with Kouki Mogi, Hiroshi Yamaguchi, Naoko Hamada and Masahide Kobayashi. A glossary is included and various information on the production of the games were disclosed. At the end of the book, there is a proposition to participate in a contest to win three shikishi with dedication on it, one hundred illustrated cards or three packs of Carddass containing the nine cards published with the effigy of Second Impression. To participate in the competition, participants had to fill out a form indicating the prize they wanted and send it by post before the end of September 1997. A draw was then carried out to determine the winners.
