Germany is a country in Europe that is mentioned multiple times in Neon Genesis Evangelion. It was the homeland of Asuka Langley Sohryu.

During 2015 Edit

Germany was closely allied with Japan and the United States in combating the Angel threat. NERV conducted significant R&D in Germany. Germany constructed Unit-2, the first production model of the Evangelion. In 2015, Germany built and exported an S2 Engine for final assembly of Units 3 and 4 in the United States.
