FLY ME TO THE MOON is a single of the TV show's ending theme, and one of the first releases released for the Neon Genesis Evangelion. The single was published by King Records via its label STARCHILD with the catalog number KIDA-115, it was released on 25 October 1995.[1]
The titular song was performed by Claire, with a "4 Beat Version" performed by Yoko Takahashi.
The cover was illustrated by Takeshi Honda.
