Evangelion Final Model (エヴァンゲリオン最終号機, Evangerion saishūgōki^?) is an Evangelion Unit that first appeared in the Neon Genesis Evangelion: ANIMA novel. It can also be known for Evangelion Final Stage name. It is piloted by Shinji Ikari. It is an evolution of Super Evangelion.

Profile

It is 120 meters tall and weights between 3500 to 4000 tons. The four shoulder pylons are Quantum Wave Mirrors It was named by Misato after the transformation from Super Evangelion as they left NERV Japan and went in direction to Yomotsu Hirasaka Island. Misato named it like that in hope that the world may never need another Evangelion.

The four shoulder pylons are Quantum Wave mirrors act as a way to stop Shinji's heart from exploding, controling the energy that comes from the Third Impact.

Features

Time Break

Described as a black disc that is in the rear of the Evangelion Final Model. It can use the energy remaining of the Third Impact. Initially it had 0.82 seconds of the Third Impact left, and with each usage, it diminishes it. This energy is so immense that it is possible to bend space-time

Wings of Light

As giving command to fly, the four pylons change the position and move around the Time Break disc. Then, the wings comes out.

The first action figure released based on the Evangelion Final Model was the Evangelion Evolution EV-017 Evangelion EVA-01 Final Model. This figure is part of the Evangelion Evolution line made by Revoltech, it was sculpted by Katsuhisa Yamaguchi.

A figure was announced at by Dragonhorse Inc. As part of the CCSTOYS MORTAL MIND series, the [CCSTOYS]] MORTAL MIND series EVANGELION ANIMA Evangelion Final Model alloy movable figure. The pre-order started on April 05, 2024. It will include the Bizen Osafune, Stage 3 Specification Progressive Knife, Exterminate Magoroku Sword, Powerd 8, Spear of Lucretius, effect parts, 5 pairs of hands and a stand.
