EVA-Impact Final Battle Weapon Type Horse

EVA-Impact Final Battle Weapon Type Horse (馬型最終決戦兵器ヱヴァインパクト, Uma-gata saishū kessen heiki wevu~ainpakuto^?) is a modified horse that was introduced as part of the Japan Racing Association^WP x EVANGELION collaboration.^[1] It is piloted by Yutaka Take^WP.

Profile[]

EVA-Impact is an humanoid thoroughbred developed by JRA and NERV as the "Final Battle Weapon Type Horse". EVA-Impact was born from the combination of NERV technology and DNA extracted from legendary horses with a 150-year lineage. The fall of the Spear of Longinus triggered the development of this weapon.^[2]

The JRA x Evangelion New Theatrical Edition JRA Instrumentality Project (ＪＲＡ × ヱヴァンゲリヲン新劇場版　ＪＲＡ補完計画^?) collaboration was released on 09 October 2012, this received an animated CM narrated by Kotono Mitsuishi, showcasing the story. It also had a horse racing prediction game called EVA Ticket Simulator (EVA券シミュレーター^?).^[3]^[4]
