Azrael (アズラエル, Azuraeru?) is an Angel that is original to the Neon Genesis Evangelion RPG: Decisive Battle in Tokyo-3 RPG game.

This Angel has physical characteristics that make it different from others. The shape of its body is very reminiscent of a sperm. In the lower part, it has a flagellum, which seems to be formed by several masks of Sachiel joined together. In the upper part is the structure called its "head", which has several cavities similar to craters. Its core lies exposed in the middle part of the body, between the flagellum and the head, being protected by six ribs that surround it. This Angel makes a powerful attack by manipulating the force of gravity.
